Overview

MicroTech seeks a Project Manager to lead personnel, technical delivery, and deployment coordination supporting the global MEDEX/MEDXS mission. This key position oversees geographically distributed teams and coordinates mission support across multiple overseas locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, staffing, scheduling, performance tracking, and risk management.
  • Coordinate engineering, systems administration, network operations, and database support.
  • Manage multi-node OCONUS deployments, including readiness tracking, SPOT records, Letters of Authorization, and theater access requirements.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders on priorities, deployment schedules, operational issues, and deliverables.
  • Maintain deployment continuity and communicate risks affecting mission execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-node OCONUS deployments, including CENTCOM and EUCOM support.
  • Experience managing SPOT/Letter of Authorization processes.
  • Ability to coordinate distributed technical teams and communicate effectively with Government leadership.
  • Proven experience managing personnel deployments, navigating the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT), and coordinating host-nation theater clearance and DOCPER requirements across multiple OCONUS areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret clearance and a valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance
  • Assigned DCWF role: 802, IT Project Manager, Intermediate
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
  • PMI PMP Certification and Security X/CASP+ or DAWIA PM Practitioner or GSEC or Sec+ with a minimum of 5 years relative experience
  • Applicable DoDM 8140.03 foundational qualifications must be satisfied before independently performing duties requiring privileged access or covered cybersecurity functions

Comp Band:  $87K - $118K
