Overview

The Partner Director is responsible for the management, growth and expansion of all our partnerships. Collaborate with our incredible Product Sales Leadership and focus on driving sales, enablement activities and expansion across all MicroTech partner base. Candidates based in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Partner Status and ensure Product Team is aware of partner events, etc.
  • Regularly attend Partner Events
  • Align a go-to market strategy that is beneficial to all parties
  • Work closely with MicroTech sales teams, marketing, and leadership to develop strategy around solutions and services in alignment with core capabilities
  • Strong understanding of OEM’s monthly, quarterly and annual goals and be able to articulate and translate those to a winning strategy within MicroTech
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
  • Enable sales teams with tools, training, and messaging for OEM-aligned offerings in the federal space
  • This position is remote and requires 10-20% travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development, preferably in the federal IT space
  • Strong knowledge of OEM’s partner ecosystem, technologies, and federal partner programs
  • Proven ability to navigate the U.S. Federal government procurement process and contracting vehicles (e.g., SEWP, GSA, NASA)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, time management, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
