The Contractor shall be responsible for operating and maintaining Video Teleconference (“VTC”) Polycom and Audiovisual system infrastructure equipment. Provide Tier I/Tier II technical support and assistance for classroom, training area and conference room VTC suites and Audiovisual systems. Provide VTC and Audiovisual technical support over the phone to users experiencing equipment problems and onsite support for events. Contractor will respond to multimedia and graphics requests each month. Most graphics and multimedia development support requests can take hours to a few weeks to complete creation, videotaping, modification, editing, and/or maintenance. This position will consist primarily of production, pre-production, and post-production work (Filming/Recording, Scripting/Storyboarding, and Video/Audio editing). The Contractor shall ensure completeness and functionality of the products. Contractor shall back-up or archive, maintain, and ensure availability of supported multimedia products.
