MicroTech is seeking a talented Accounting Manager to work out of our Tysons, VA corporate office. Individual will be responsible for accounting support for company-wide financial operations including, but not limited to, financial reporting, fixed assets accounting and depreciation, accounts analyses and reconciliation, and other ad hoc financial analyses. Perform monthly bank account reconciliation and prepare adjustment journal entries, as required. Review, reconcile, and post payroll related transactions and journal entries. Review accounts payable transactions. Develop, maintain, and monitor the monthly accounting close-out schedule. Lead special projects, as assigned.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
