  • Responsibilities

    (a) Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions.
    (b) Shall manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations. 
    (c) Shall maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
    (d) Shall meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and ensure strict conformance to/with program task schedules and prices.
    (e) Have domain and expert technical knowledge of structured network cabling design and installation practices using related industry standards.
    (f) Should have previous responsibility in financial management methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.

    (g) Shall have experience with interacting and involvement with client negotiations and interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
    (h) Provide technical/management leadership on all tasks or technology assignments and must establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
    (i) Lead the effort to secure and protect all government information and ensure personnel assigned to this task perform their duties consistent with the FBI suitability. 


    Should have ten years of documented program management experience or a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or BICSI RCDD certification with five years of experience.


    Must have at least five years of this experience in a structured network cabling design environment. Additionally, unless already done, this person must also complete BICSI courses DD101 Foundations of Telecommunications Distribution Design, and DD102 Designing Telecommunications Distribution Systems within 6 months of contract award, leading to a BICSI RCDD certification.
