  • Overview


    Program Manager that provides program and business operations management, staff development, and related recruitment and training.


    • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed by deadline, including invoice, CARS report, Technical Progress report and time and attendance logs
    • Recruit for all contract vacancies, including overseeing technical screens of candidates to insure technical requirements are met.
    • Manage employees, as well as personnel from subcontractors, to insure work is completed per the contract Statement of Work.
    • Track hours, budget figures and produce financial reports for both corporate and the client.
    • Managing all administrative contract matters for all contractor employees.
    • Resolve performance and personnel issues
    • Liaison between corporate management and government points of contact
    • Take responsibility and ensure that all deliverables related to the management of the contract (i.e., budget reports, technical progress reports, invoices) are delivered on-time and are accurate and complete.


    Required Certifications : 


    > ITIL Foundation/ITIL Intermediate or Expert desired


    > PMP

    > Public Trust 


    10 Plus years of progressive experience as a Program Manager for large government programs of 40M plus and a total program staff head count of over 100, to include subcontractor staff.


    Should have a diverse management background in the enterprise level information technology, systems support, IT Service Desk and be skilled in mentoring and have an understanding of implementing and sustaining training in relation to this type of program support.


    Desired Experience: Having held an upper management of executive level management role with the SSA or other civilian federal agency within the last 5 to 8 years.


    Education : 


    BA with 15 plus years of experience / MA with 10 plus years plus of related experience (IT related degree preferred)
