  • Overview

    The Director of Solutions & Technology will provide Subject Matter Expertise and Technical Solution design for key contract initiatives; proposal and product sales support and will have direct oversight and management responsibilities for the Corporate IT and Cloud Infrastructure. The successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate with Senior Level leadership across multiple business units to provide technical support for solution development. These technical support initiatives will encompass Enterprise Level IT, Cloud, Network and Cyber Security opportunities to support business development, capture and program management initiatives to ensure continued business growth.


    Operational Support:

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement technical, enterprise level solutions
    • Direct interface with Business Unit leads to provide solution development for sales, capture, proposal and service/contract delivery operations support.
    • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and transform these into solutions utilizing innovative solution offerings.
    • Maintain technical certifications, proficiency and expertise within Enterprise Level IT, Cloud and Cyber Security domains.
    • Lead the design and implementation of internal IT initiatives
    • May participate in the review and/or development of policies and
    • Perform as a Technical Lead, SME or PM on contracts as required




    Must have knowledge of:

    • Must have a working understanding of with  at least 7 years of Government contracting experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge and currency with innovative, cutting edge technologies
    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with new and organic business growth
    • Must have excellent problem solving and critical reasoning skills
    • Excellent interpersonal communications, both oral and written research, and documentation skills
    • DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline is required.
    • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent needed to meet DoD 8570.01-M requirements is desired
    • Project Management Professional Certification is desired
    • Technical Certifications in one or more of the following: (Cisco Networking, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering, Cloud and/or Cyber Security) is required.
