Provides advice and assistance to customers, troubleshoots all problems, and provides support to the customer with minimal disruption to normal business activities. First responder and chief point of contact for all submitted IT work orders. Work involves the planning, analysis, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance, and/or management of networked systems used for the transmission of information in voice, data, and/or video formats.

Must be a US Citizen with a valid US drivers license and be able to understand, speak, read and write the English language.
Must acquire and maintain a valid computer environment training certificate (i.e. CompTIA A+, Network +, or Security +) prior to employment IAW DoD Directive 8570.01-M and local IA policies for the privilege of elevated rights/permissions on local workstations and networked IT/IM assets.
