  • Overview

    The Director, Installation Solutions will provide operational support for all contracts within the Intel and Installation Solutions Business Unit to include O&M, Customer Satisfaction, Invoicing and Organic Growth. The successful candidate will also collaborate with and provide technical support for solution development and proposal support with the VP of Intel and Installation Solutions. These technical support initiatives will encompass Enterprise Level IT, Cyber Security and Telecommunications opportunities to ensure continued business growth. This position reports to the VP, Intel and Installation Solutions and supervises PMs and Site Leads on various contracts.


    • Direct Interface with corporate PMO team to ensure all financial aspects of the contract are within budget.
    • Direct Interface with Site Leads/On site Project Managers to ensure contract scope and delivery milestones are within acceptable parameters
    • Direct Interface with the Government POC’s to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Direct Interface and oversight of Site Leads/PM’s with the proper execution of their programs.
    • Attend weekly/monthly status meetings.
    • Monitor and Report Program Status.
    • Mentor and develop PM’s in the division to ensure their preparation for the next level of responsibility.
    • Identify, shape and pursue new and organic business opportunities in coordination with the VP, Intel and Installation Solutions.
    • Participate in the development and review of proposals, workload breakdowns/estimates and cost estimations.
    • Perform as a Site Lead or PM on contracts as required.

    The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.



    Education and Experience Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline is required.
    • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent needed to meet DoD 8570.01-M requirements is preferred, but not required.
    • Project Management Professional Certification is preferred, but not required.
    • Technical Certifications in one or more of the following: (Cisco Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud or Cyber Security (CISSP)) is highly desired.
    • Must have a working understanding of with at least 10 years of Government contracting experience.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple government focused technical projects of varying degrees of complexity and size.
    • Demonstrated experience with proposal support activities.
    • Demonstrated experience with managing P&L for multiple contracts of varying size and complexity

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with new and organic business growth.
    • Must have excellent problem solving and critical reasoning skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal communications, both oral and written research, and documentation skills.
    • DoD Secret Clearance or higher is required.
