The Sr. Systems Engineer shall provide engineering and technical support, as required, to the various development, integration, test, deployment, and enhancement efforts with the TICTU programs. The Contractor shall provide technical expertise to support system architecture and design studies and analyses, including engineering tradeoffs across Unit Programs, and related projects. The Contractor shall undertake special studies and other inquiries as may be assigned and deliver special reports.
The Senior Systems Engineer shall have a minimum of five years of technical experience performing and implementing security requirements for and system design of computer systems. The Senior Systems Engineer shall have a sound, technical aptitude for Audit Log Management, Active Directory Domain Services, integrated DNS, centrally controlled policy management, antivirus management and deployment, windows patch management, software development, inventory management, remote assistance, call center support infrastructure experience, server health monitoring, server performance monitoring, network device monitoring, centrally controlled removable media security policy and virtualized test environment. The engineer shall have competence in Active Directory Enterprise, VB Scripting, Cyber security, structured analysis and architectural design concepts/methodologies. The engineer shall also possess knowledge of state-of-the-art concepts in open system standards (e.g. OSI, ISO, OSE, TAFIM), design methodologies and tools such as entity relationship/dataflow diagrams and IDEF1x, object oriented principles and systems engineering practices. Some current technologies supported MS Windows Server 2008 R2 and lower, NetlQ, Nagios, Solaris 10 and lower, SCCM, VMware ESXi and Symantec Ghost/PcAnywhere. Provide system acquisition and program management, team leadership and tutelage to junior members/staff, contract and business management administration, financial management and technical support for TICTU and DCS. This support will enable TICTU to monitor the installation, integration and implementation of automated systems at designated field office locations while monitoring the prime/developmental contractors’ technical, schedule and cost performance.
Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance with ability to secure a favorable CI Polygraph
